In recent Trump news, it was revealed that during the meeting earlier this week regarding the DACA program to protect immigrate children, that Tump asked lawmakers “Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?”, he then suggested that we need to accept more immigrates from countries like Norway. He even made a direct comment about Haiti asking, “Why do we need more Haitians? Take them out.”
According to CNN, the White House has respond by that Trump is “fighting for permanent solutions that make our country stronger by welcoming those who can contribute to our society, grow our economy and assimilate into our great nation.” Adding that Trumps comments will resonate with his core audience, just like is comments about the NFL kneeling. Trump has denied all the other recent allegations. He tweeted, “The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used. What was really tough, was the outlandish proposal made – a big setback for DACA!”
Trump later tweeted Friday morning that he “Never said anything derogatory about Haitians other than Haiti is, obviously, a very poor and troubled country. Never said ‘take them out.’ Made up by Dems. I have a wonderful relationship with Haitians. Probably should record future meetings – unfortunately, no trust!”
All of Trump’s negative comments have been confirmed by a senator who was at the meeting.

The “Love & Hip Hop” star is being sued for $30 million by a man named Jean Paul who claims the electric scooter idea Ray J got rich off of was originally theirs together from 2015 and Ray cut him when he made the deal with different partners. Paul says they agreed that he would be start the business while Ray would be an investor and celebrity endorser. Ray J is firing back saying that the company Scoot-E-Bike is “100% independently owned, financed, trademarked, marketed and promoted” by Ray J. No agreements were ever made with Paul. In other Ray J news, he & Princess will soon welcome a baby girl! Congrats! James Franco is the most recently actor to be added to the list of the sexual assault accused. Five women total have stepped forward to speak out on Franco, four being students, one other being a woman he mentored. Franco appeared on several late night talk shows this week and gave his side after the accusation surfaced, but he still decided to skip the Critics Choice Awards on Thursday, at which he won Best Actor in a Comedy Film. Franco flew to L.A. for the awards, but changed his mind. “I have my own side of this story, but I believe in these people that have been underrepresented getting their stories out enough that I will hold back things that I could say, just because I believe in it that much,” he said on Late Night with Seth Meyers. “So if I have to take a knock because I’m not going to try and actively refute things, then I will, because I believe in it that much.” Sources tell PEOPLE that “he’s in a really bad place, so bad that he changed his phone number. His close friends are trying to be there for him but it’s been hard – he’s only talking to a select group of people. For now, he’s just hiding out.” “Look, in my life I pride myself on taking responsibility for things that I have done,” Franco told Stepen Colbert on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. “I have to do that to maintain my well being. The things that I heard that were on Twitter are not accurate. But I completely support people coming out and being able to have a voice because they didn’t have a voice for so long. So I don’t want to shut them down in any way.” In the case of former South Carolina office, Micahel Slgaer who shot and killed Walter Scott in 2015, he will receive 19-24 year in prison. Slager plead guilty to violating the civil rights of Scott by shooting him in the back as he ran from Slager after a traffic stop. The judge ruled that Slager committed second-degree murder and obstruction of justice. Slager was charged with muder in 2016, to which he plead not guilty. During the trial, he claims he shot Soctt out of fear for his life. The case ended in a mistrial. Slager was given the option of pleading guilty to the federal crime of violating Scott’s civil rights. The Scott Family reached a $6.5 million settlement with the City of Charleston. According to ABC News, the day of the shooting, Slager stopped Scott’s car when he saw a brake light wasn’t working, and during the stop, Scott fled on foot and Slager followed him. ABC News Reports, “Feiden Santana, the witness who filmed the shooting, told prosecutors in court today that he saw Scott running away, and by the time Santana caught up with Scott in an empty lot, Scott was already on the ground, facing the ground with Slager on top of him. Santana told the prosecution he saw the officer trying to control Scott and he heard something electric, which was later revealed by police to be Slager deploying his Taser. Santana said he never saw Scott punch Slager, fight with Slager or charge toward Slager. After Scott got off the ground and tried to run, Santana said he heard gunshots.” R. Kelly recently came home to nothing. Over Thanksgiving weekend, Kelly’s 2 homes in Atlanta were completely wiped out from his furniture to his electronics. Police happened to catch 3 men leaving one of his house and brought them in for questioning. The men told police they were hired by one of Kelly’s employees to sell everything in the house because Kelly would soon be moving to Chicago. The employee they spoke of was Alfonso Walker, who is a part-time employee. Police did find some of the items in Walkers house, who gave about 3 different stories on how they got there. Walker currently has a warrant out for his arrest. Clearly the Chicago move was a lie. Democratic Rep. Al Green introduced the idea of paperwork to impeach Trump in October. On Wednesday, Green once again brought the idea back to the House of Representatives, who decided to vote immediately to get the matter out of the way. Green introduced 2 articles of impeachment against Trump, which had nothing to do with Trumps obstruction of justice or his current Russian investigation, but he decide to speak on Trump’s association with “White Nationalism, Neo-Nazism and Hate.” In simple words, his argument just wasn’t directed in the right way. The vote that took place was rejected 364 to 58. The vote, based off paper, was expected to fail due to the republican-controlled house. The House of Democrats have recently filed their own 5 articles of impeachment towards Trump as well, they did participate in the vote. Since Meek will not be getting out of jail anytime soon like he hoped, looks like he’s picked up a few jobs on the inside. TMZ reports that he has been job hopping from different jobs like general labor crew to even cooking the meals of the day. Meek also is getting access to the electoral and carpentry shop. He is also on the waitlist for some therapy courses, so be on the lookout for Dr. Rameek coming soon. It looks like Colin Kaepernick is finally taking legal actions against the NFL for allegedly blackballing him from the league after he started the silent protest of kneeling during the national anthem. According to USA Today, Kaepernick has filed a grievance against owners of the NFL. He is accusing NFL owners of participating in collusion, meaning he believes they are conspiring to keep him out the NFL. According to TMZ, the court documents read that the league owners “colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick’s leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice.” The Collective Bargaining Agreement or CBA actually prohibits this from happening and if he can prove this it would be a huge deal. “No Club, its employees or agents shall enter into any agreement, express or implied, with the NFL or any other Club, its employees or agents to restrict or limit individual Club decision-making,” the CBA states. This applies to “whether to negotiate or not to negotiate with any player” and “whether to offer or not to offer a Player Contract to any player,” among other things. The NFL commissioner and team owners have denied they are blackballing Keapernick. Reasons they give for him not being signed yet: no team right now needs him. Even though we all know that is NOT true. Kaeperick’s celebrity attorney Mark Garagos released a statement on Monday morning confirmed the filing.
Waka Flocka appeared on Sway in the Morning last week and made a statement saying he is not black.
Social media went crazy as a result, which you could probably have predicted. Waka cleared up the statement with a video via Instagram, saying he is black, just not the black the United States has made us to be. See his original statement and reply below.
Last weekend, rapper Nelly was accused of rape by a young woman in Washington. The lady claimed that Nelly raped her on his tour bus that Saturday night while in Washington. The young lady is now refusing to testify in court and wants the investigation stopped as of Friday. According to TMZ, the woman’s lawyer released a statement saying she feels like she cannot win against Nelly. “Who will believe her. People are saying horrible things already. She cannot handle this. She is about to break.” This may sound like good news to some, but to Nelly and his team, they are demanding an apology. According to TMZ, Nelly’s attorney Scott Rosenblum told the outlet that the accuser’s “reckless accusation, once investigated thoroughly, was exposed for what it was-a fabrication. A fabrication that has caused Nelly and his family to suffer emotionally and financially.” |
