Podcaster Taxstone was arrested back in January after becoming a suspect in the NYC Troy Ave shooting that left one person dead. The jury does not have enough evidence to prove that Taxstone (real name Daryl Campbell) shot the fatal shot so he will not be charged with murder. Campbell will however be indicted on charged of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and receiving a gun through interstate commerce, His DNA was found on the 9-milimeter Kel-Tec semiautomatic handgun that was used at the scene. There is also video footage of Taxstone entering the room where to shooting happened and was seen also running after the incident. On top of all of that, he obtained the firearm, which was unregistered, from out of state. Tax stone's whole involvement in the case is based off social media beef between him & Troy Ave. If found guilty, Taxstone could be looking at a maximum of 10 years for each charge.
