Today was Date Night! hahaha so no gym - this was my relax day, but I will be back in there tomorrow!
Breakfast: Omelette with turkey sausage and cheese with an orange (AMAZING) Lunch: no real lunch just snacks (bad of me): dried pineapple & peanuts Dinner: Chicken Salad from Zaxby's
Water Intake: 3 bottles of water
I did go grocery shopping! I got up at 8 a.m. craving food, and of course I had nothing that fit my healthy eating so I went straight to the grocery store. I bought all healthy snacks & breakfast foods. Dinner, I gotta go back for lol When it comes to breakfast, some days I skip it all together being in a rush or just eating it late. So I need quick things for breakfast. I decided that smoothies were a great breakfast meal! Plus my mom is big on smoothies for breakfast so I took that tip from her & her healthy ways : )
