One thing about me, I LOVE to read! Have been reading since as long as I can remember. I used to read books in a day. It was to the point where my parents stopped buying me books because I would finish them that day or the next so, it ultimately became a waste of money lol Thats when I was forced to go to the library & check books out. So here I am, years later & I don't get to read as much or as often as I would like to, but I still do it. Especially when something good hits the shelves. If you ever need any good books, definitely hit me up! I got you lol I am currently reading Angie Martinez's book, My Voice. (This book also comes with an audio version too, incase listening suits your life a little better) So far, I'm liking it. Her life story, how she grew up in New York and moved to Miami & moved back to New York, all before she was 18. And her mother was in radio too! People's life stories are some of the better ones for the simple reason that they are real and you can see the person & how far they have come. Everyone has a story & if I could, I would listen to them ALL! I promise you I would try lol All the amazing & crazy things people go through in one lifetime is wild. The changes that happen in just one year alone are even crazy. So, I'd say check it out! When Im done, Ill be back to tell you more! Enjoy!

Sunday was a chill day, but I still managed to get to the gym after a long day of chilling.
I'm still amazed by how much a difference made in just 6-7 days! My back is slimmer and my love handles have minimized so much! I'm still using the sweat belt while I'm in the gym. Breakfast: Chicken Biscuit Lunch: Dinner: Baked Fish with Mac & Cheese Water Intake: 2 bottles Workout (With Waist Sweat Belt): Walk/Run 1.00 of a mile (about 17 mins) 3 sets of 10 squats with 10 lbs 3 sets of 10 jumping squats 2 sets of 30 bicycle crunches 2 sets of 10 leg raises 2 sets of 15 (each leg) donkey kicks with 5 lbs 2 sets of 15 russian twist 2 sets of 10 knee tucks 2 sets of 10 lunges with 10 lbs in each hand 30 sec plank on front and each side Saturday was a busy day for me so fast food was mainly what I ate but I still wanted to make it healthy. Cooking dinner is something I gotta get back in the habit of doing. I feel like I got so lazy and started having longer days to the point where I just started eating out every meal & that definitely needs to change. Which is where the meal prep would work perfectly for me. So that is one thing I have learned through all of this week, which I mentioned on a previous day. But I did get to the gym on Saturday!
Breakfast: Breakfast Shake Lunch: half Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT (No Avocado) and an apple Dinner: Zaxby's Chicken Salad Sandwich and water Workout (With Waist Sweat Belt): Walk/Run 1.10 of a mile (about 18 mins) 3 sets of 10 squats with 10 lbs 3 sets of 10 jumping squats 2 sets of 30 bicycle crunches 2 sets of 10 leg raises 2 sets of 15 (each leg) donkey kicks with 5 lbs 2 sets of 15 russian twist 2 sets of 10 knee tucks 2 sets of 10 lunges with 10 lbs in each hand 30 sec plank on front and each side Its Friday and a long day so I didnt go to the gym like I was suppose to. Especially after skipping the gym on Thursday for date night, but Ive been eating good, drinking my lemon water and I'm proud so I felt like it was okay to go another day. But this is the last day I will skip.
Breakfast: Special K Protein Shake Lunch: half of Chic-fil-a chicken salad sandwich, and 4 piece nugget Dinner: Omelette with turkey sausage, tuna, cheese Water Intake: 3 bottles ( I realized that not all bottles of water have the same amount. Dasani is 20 oz. some others are only 16.9 oz. So it varies, but I do average 3-4 bottles a day.) Im noticing the effects of everything that I have been doing on these 4 days. My stomach has less bloating, and is flattening slowly. Im loving the results that are coming! This working out thing might really work! lmao
