So I have decided to start May by cleaning my body. Eating healthy, working out and maybe a slight detox. What made me even want to do this, was to flatten my tummy and tone up a little bit. At the beginning of the month seems like a great time to start.
Here's the plan:
Citrus Fruit Daily
No Red Meat
Fish or Chicken Only
5 or more glasses of water a day
30 Minutes of Working Out
The first thing I started thinking about was if I should do a detox drink. An actual detox drink (lemon juice, cayenne, ACV), or just drink a store bought detox tea (Yogi Detox) or try of that Flat Tummy tea or Fit Tea that the Instagram model hype so much. Ive been eyeballing Flat Tummy tea for a while now, like Im sure most female have. And when I say awhile, I meant like maybe a year now lol & I still haven't tried it. Something about that 2 weeks for $36 that just doesn't sit right with me lol Or maybe I'm just cheap lmao
Eating healthy is the biggest part of this week. I don't wanna say I eat bad, but.... I could definitely do better. So for food, one of my friends gave me the outline for a meal plan she paid for awhile back. Along with food the only thing I can drink is a water. A lot of it. The next part is working out! WORKING OUT IS A MUST!
So for me, all of this gonna be a challenge. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Juice! I need flavor in my drinks lol Soda I can go without but juice is something I love. Working out, I usually do good for the first 2-3 days and then fall off, so consistency at the gym is definitely something I gotta push through. And with eating, I love to eat. And the fact that I am small so I can just eat whatever, is a plus lol but like I said, I wanna tone and get my body clean so I must clean up what I eat.

I kind of started this late in the day so we'll call this start day and the following day with be officially day 1.
Start Day Lunch: McDonalds 6 piece & med. fry with water Dinner: Baked whitening fish and caesar salad. Detox Tea (Yogi Detox - 1 bag) Snack: Apple and Water
Start Day WorkOut: Walk/Run 1 mile (about 14 mins) 3 sets of 10 squats with 10 lbs 3 sets of 10 jumping squats 2 sets of 30 bicycle crunches 2 sets of 30 crunches 2 sets of 15 leg raises 2 sets of 15 (each leg) donkey kicks with 5 lbs 2 sets of 10 russian twist 2 sets of 15 bridges 30 sec plank on front and each side
